Welcome to The Teachers Lunch LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and food delivery services (“Services”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App or Services.
1. Service Overview
The Teachers Lunch provides freshly prepared lunch deliveries. Orders can be placed through our mobile application, and deliveries are made within designated service areas.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
We reserve the right to adjust delivery times or availability based on operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account on the App by providing
accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Ordering and Payment
- All orders must be placed through the App.
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
- Payment must be completed at the time of order through the available payment methods in the App.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless stated under our Refund Policy.
4. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made during designated lunch hours.
- Please ensure your delivery location is accurate and accessible during delivery time.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the order amount will not be refunded.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds may only be processed if:
- The order was cancelled byThe Teachers Lunch due to unavailability.
- The food was not delivered due to service failure attributable to us.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time via our support email or in-app support.
6. Food Quality and Allergies
We ensure meals are prepared in hygienic conditions. However, we do not guarantee the absence of allergens in food. Customers are advised to review item descriptions and contact the restaurant directly before ordering if they have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
7. Service Availability
Our Services are available only in specific delivery areas and may be suspended or modified without notice due to operational or technical issues.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or interfere with its operation.
- Provide false information during registration or ordering.
- Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays or failures due to events beyond our control (traffic, weather, technical faults, etc.).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
10. Privacy and Communication Consent
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available within the App or on our website.
By using The Teacher’s Lunch App, you consent to receive transactional and service-related text messages (SMS), push notifications, and emails. These communications may include order confirmations, delivery updates, account notifications, and important service announcements.
You may also receive occasional promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
